Please rate this story idea!?

Okay, I know suspension of disbelief is always required to some degree when reading fiction, but this is just too over the top! Unless you plan on providing a semi-plausible explanation as to how this frat's activities have avoided detection for so long, I don't think this story has much of a chance. Sorry, just my opinion.
