How do I get a divorce and remarried with the same person? What is the process?

Ok this is long, but I need some help. When I was 21, I got marry legally at the court house without my family knowing. Due to the fact that my boyfriend (husband) was in the Military and he was being shipped off, we were madly in-love (still in love) and wanted to get marry right away without our parents knowing. Now 4 years has been by and he is out of the military we want to get marry again legally with both of our parents there with us in the court house. By the way his parents found out that we were legally marry 3 years ago and they were mad about it at first, but now they got over it and accepted it and love me a lot. But my parents are the hardest one. So I want to legally get marry again with both of our parents there, but I can't have my parents find out at all that we were once legally married. My parents are very strict. If I told them the truth that we got marry they will disown me and I don't want that to happen. What is the process of remarrying? Like do we have to get a divorce first and then go remarried legally again at the courthouse? Please let me hear some of you guys advice.
