I live in Texas and I'm 17, a legal adult. if I move out of state will I still be a legal adult?

I have all the legal rights of an adult in Texas. And I can legally go where I want and my parents can't stop me. But if I move to Oregon will I still be a legal adult? Would I be able to enroll myself in high school?
