Is there a legal right for children to see their father who is sick.?

My mother died almost 13 years ago. Now my father is sick but his current wife is refusing to allow us children to see him or spend time with him. Is there legally a way in the state of Oklahoma to fight for the right to spend quality time with our father before he dies? Please help I really miss my father.
