Do Creationists categorize earlier life forms as "discontinued"?

Based on the Old Man God's behavior in the OT, dinosaurs and dodo birds, etc., must have been extinguished because they were wicked and sinful and didn't please duh LORD! We very nearly escaped the same fate, by Noah and his Magic Boat.! (I owe Denise for that cute phrase, thanks). And having bounced back up to 7 billion hungry bodies, mankind is about due for wipeout again.
