If the bible speaks of a resurection of the dead, How can they be in either heaven or hell?

Please give scripture where it says we are judges right after we die. That IS a false teaching; just like the rapture is false. People rely on the "preacher" to tell them what's in the Bible and then they follow man's traditions. "Well, Pastor Windbag said it, so it must be right..hurhur". Most preachers are full of crap and are only in it for the cash!
