Does equality for women in the workplace mean they'll have to retire at 66 too?

Equality for women in the workplace is a complete myth , women get everything in their favour and get paid double for sitting around gossipping , whilst the men that actually do all the work , get peanuts . Well that's how the NHS works anyway .
