Car problem help please?..?

Okay so my street is a safe street, but I guess some kid thought it be funny to spray paint the cars parked legally next to the side walk with rustoleum silver paint. Now I have a silver car but it does not loook right on the right side where my gas tank is. Anyway I can remove it? The police are investigating the crime currently. But man, I'm so aggrevated!
