Can i be a navy seal?

Im 25 years of age, i weigh 135 lbs, 5'8 and i have an above average IQ. I do realize that just having an above average IQ doesn't mean much in the long run, as i mostly only have storage for useless trivia. but i am also curious to know what the academic aspects of joining are. I know seals are definitely far from dumb. my other issue is i have tried the gym, weight gaining products and so on.. but i can never bulk up. i, also an A-C certified welder, i have a class A cdl and hazmat and i tinker around as a machinist when bored. i would really like to hear from a real seal if possible on this. thanks in advance and thank you for your service to our country!
