After ten years of living in the US illegally, but i came illegally, can i apply for a permanent green card?

i came here legally, but i overstayed. i love this country though. im gonna study and everything but ICE wants me to go. i have no crimes and i am in removal proceedings. im a good person and everything, i just really wanna stay. also im in high school.
