About 2kshare and rosters on PC...?

So I've been tinkering around in NBA 2k9 and 2k11 and creating all time rosters for each teams. I didn't know 2kshare was some sort of tool that allows you to download rosters. My question is, where do you find it in NBA 2k9 or 2k11 on PC?
