Should we (the people) should be given a very clear definition of “broken” and “comprehensive reform”.?

We hear the words “comprehensive immigration reform” and “broken immigration system” . I do not recall ever reading or hearing, exactly what, or how,it is “broken”. The existing system apparently worked well enough to LEGALLY admit millions (by quota) prior to the runaway ILLEGAL entry problem. Do you think we (the people) should be given a very clear definition of “broken” and “comprehensive reform”. ?

1984 Cadillac Biarritz--any owners out there?

I was raised Catholic, but have now converted to a non denominational Bible obeying born again Christian. I just think there is to much self righteous pride involved in Roman catholicism.

Can the government take more money than I pay them montly for stafford school loan?

I have been unemployed a whlie due to economy so my stafford school loan has been delinquent and I owe waaaaaaaaaaaay more at this time than I can pay with my new job. They want a lot more monthly than I can pay but I did want to make some payment towards it monthly (lot less than they want). I was wondering if I pay with a debit card online can they take more out than I authorize legally since they will have my account info? If so, is there anyway around this? Thanks!

Mechanical Engineering or Electrical/Computer Engineering?

I am going to be starting college soon and I would like some input to these two engineering majors. I know I want to pick one of these but I dont know which. I love building things but I also love tinkering with computers and technology. I've read that ECE has a better job outlook as well as a better salary. I think I might like ME because of the hands on although i think alot of it is designing on computers.[. I know I have time to decide in college. Any Help/Opinions??
